3. Devices purchased under this promotion are not eligible for standard free gifts offered during regular sales periods. 
4. Free Gifts (If Applicable) Any complimentary items provided during this promotion are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.  Free gifts are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other items.
