As our customer, we would like to provide the best service for your convenience. For our online sales, we currently provide the following payment methods:

  • Online payment (Credit card / Debit card)
  • GrabPay (Pay Now / PayLater)
  • Offline payment (Online banking / Cash deposit machine)
  • Installment plan without credit card
  • Installment plan with credit card (EPP)

Online Payment via iPay88

For transactions using online payment, you will be redirected to the iPay88 portal to complete the transaction. You may select to pay via credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard) or online banking via FPX. Upon completion, you will be redirected back to the DirectD website.

Payment via GrabPay

GrabPay is available for purchases below RM1,000 (total cart value only). GrabPay may not be available or successful for promotion or on-sale items. You will be redirected to the GrabPay portal — key in your phone number and proceed with the steps. Please note that the limit is subject to Grab's own terms and conditions. Upon completion, you will be redirected back to the DirectD website.

PayLater by GrabFinance

Where available, you may pay on a deferred basis by selecting the PayLater payment method. Under this method, you will be obliged to pay the order amount on an interest-free basis by the 7th day of the month following the month in which a successful payment is submitted.

By selecting PayLater, you agree that:

  • We may sell and assign the receivables due from you to GFin Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("GFin"), any of its affiliate companies, or such other approved third party. You will be notified upon such assignment and shall be required to pay the assignee under the same payment terms.
  • We may provide your personal information, including your name and contact details, to our assignee to facilitate payment.
  • If you fail to make payment by the PayLater Payment Deadline, our assignee and/or any person acting on their behalf may take the necessary steps to enforce payment.

The PayLater payment method is made available on a wholly discretionary basis. There is no guarantee that any selection of PayLater will be successfully approved or processed.

Offline Payment

To complete a transaction using offline payment, you are required to make payment via cash deposit to our bank account. Once payment has been made, you will need to upload your proof of payment (bank slip, receipt, etc.).

Installment Plan without Credit Card

Available for walk-in purchases only.

Through an established financial institution, DirectD offers customers the option to purchase phones, tablets, or accessories via installment plan, even without a credit card.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Employed for at least 12 months
  • Minimum monthly salary of RM1,000
  • Able to provide an office contact number
  • Not blacklisted by any financial institution

Documents Required

  • Photocopy of IC
  • Latest updated bank statement
  • Latest pay slip

Terms

  • Installment periods available: 12, 24, or 36 months
  • Minimum purchase of RM1,000 (total) is required
  • Interest of 1.2% – 1.5% per month applies, depending on loan amount
  • Successful applicants will be notified and may collect their item at our Subang Jaya or PJ Gadget Mega Store outlet
  • All application decisions are final and not negotiable

We support 0% installment via credit card (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX) for most major banks in Malaysia.

Terms

  • There are no additional charges to participate in this 0% EPP.
  • EPP participants are entitled to purchase at the recommended retail price but will not be entitled to extra freebies, cash discounts, sale items, or promotion items.
  • EPP participants are allowed to participate in lucky draws, if any.
  • All payments made via EPP are non-refundable. However, you may opt for store credit valid for up to 18 months.
  • All application decisions are final and not negotiable.
