Who is eligible to apply?

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen (Blue IC only)
  • Aged 18 to 60 years old
  • Nett salary of RM1,000 and above
  • Minimum working period of 3 months
  • Not residing or working in a military camp

What documents are required?

You will need:

  • Copy of Identity Card (front & back)
  • Latest payslip (one month only)

Do I need a guarantor or collateral?

No. No guarantor or collateral is required.

How long does the application take?

The processing time is 1 to 3 working days from application to approval.

When can I collect my device?

The device can be collected on the spot after signing the agreement.

Is there any application fee?

A one-time JCL agreement fee applies upon approval as an administrative cost for processing the agreement. This is not a hidden charge.

How can I make my monthly repayments?

Monthly repayments can be made through:

  • Auto debit deduction from your savings account
  • Manual payment through the Jclicks application
