Why is my SPayLater limit lower than RM10,000?

RM10,000 is the maximum available limit. Your actual approved limit is determined individually based on Shopee's assessment and may vary from one customer to another.

Can I request a higher SPayLater limit?

There is no option to manually request a higher limit. Your available limit may be reviewed periodically and adjusted based on your spending and repayment history.

How can I pay my SPayLater bill?

You can settle your monthly SPayLater bill through the Shopee app using ShopeePay, credit or debit card, cash payment or online banking.

What payment methods are available?

You can make your monthly repayment through:

What happens if I miss my payment?

Your SPayLater and/or Shopee account may be suspended if the required payment is not made by the due date. A late payment charge may also apply before the service can be used again.

What is the late payment charge?

A RM10 late payment charge applies when payment is not made within the stipulated timeframe. Any amount collected above the actual cost incurred will be donated to a charitable organisation approved by the Shariah Advisor, in accordance with Shariah requirements.

When is my SPayLater payment due?

Your billing and payment dates depend on your billing cycle:
