How do I sign up?

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. Your coverage will remain active until the end of the month in which you cancel.

What types of damage are covered?

PB Care covers screen damage, back panel damage, camera damage, and water damage on supported smartphone models.

Are pre-existing damages covered?

No. Damages that existed before the start of your coverage are not eligible. Coverage applies only to damages that occur after your enrollment becomes effective.

Is theft or loss included?

Theft and loss are not currently covered by PB Care. The program focuses on accidental physical and water damage. We will announce additional coverage options if and when they become available.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. You pay the monthly subscription plus the disclosed service fee per repair. Government taxes (e.g. SST) are shown at checkout where applicable.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan from My Portal at any time. Plan changes generally take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I update my account information?

Sign in to My Portal and go to your profile page to update your contact information, billing details, and notification preferences.
