1. This vacation voucher is valid until 31 October 2027. All booking requests must be submitted online by 31 July 2027 and at least three months before the first requested travel date.   
2. The voucher holder must provide three preferred travel dates with each date at least fourteen days apart. All dates, destinations and accommodation are subject to availability.   
3. Accommodation may be provided at any participating hotel or resort selected by Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd. Requests for specific properties may be submitted but cannot be guaranteed.   
4. Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd will confirm availability or propose alternative arrangements within seven working days after receiving a complete booking request and the required booking fee.   
5. This offer applies to low and mid-season periods only and excludes weekends (Friday & Saturday), public holidays, school holidays, festive periods and hotel blackout dates. Peak-season or weekend bookings may be available with a surcharge, normally ranging from RM50 to RM200 per night or at the prevailing rate imposed by the hotel.   
6. The voucher provides accommodation for a maximum of two persons in one standard room. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for group bookings, additional rooms or extended stays unless approved in writing.   
7. A non-refundable booking fee of RM110 is payable for each booking request. Full payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the third working day after the booking request is submitted.   
8. If payment is not received within this period, the booking request will automatically be cancelled, and the requested dates will be released without further notice. A new booking request must then be submitted, subject to availability and the remaining voucher validity period.   
9. Submission and payment do not guarantee a booking. A booking is confirmed only when written confirmation is issued by Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd. Customers should not make flight, transport or other non-refundable arrangements before receiving written confirmation.   
10. Requests to change the guest's name, travel date or destination must be submitted at least fourteen days before the confirmed check-in date. All changes are subject to availability and a fee of RM100 per room, together with any hotel or supplier charges.   
11. Where the voucher status is shown as "Suspended", no new or unconfirmed booking will be accepted or processed. The voucher holder must contact the shop, company or sponsor from whom the voucher was received for assistance.   
12. Processing will resume only after the voucher has been reactivated. Suspension will not automatically cancel a booking that has already been confirmed in writing by Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd.   
13. Hotels may require identification, a refundable security deposit, credit-card pre-authorisation or payment for tourism taxes, additional guests, meals, upgrades, incidental expenses and other charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.   
14. Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd administers the booking but does not own or operate participating hotels or resorts. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for acts, omissions, service failures, injury, loss or damage caused by an accommodation provider, issuing sponsor or other independent third party.   
15. Masterz Myind Sdn Bhd may offer alternative dates or accommodation if a property becomes unavailable due to closure, renovation, government restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.   

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded.   

For these Terms and Conditions, a "working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Selangor.
